We can troubleshoot your machine and figure out what the problem is so you can start printing again as soon as possible! Please note that as much as we would like to help you with your machine, you must be local so we can pick up your printer and work on it. That said, we want to help everyone so we can set up a phone/video call which will be at a cheaper rate.
